The NFkappaB transcription factor is modelled bound to a schematic DNA double helix. PDB entry 1VKX was used to generate a molecular surface of the protein using Accelrys DSViewerPro 5, and exported as .wrl (VRML). Cinema 4D was used to add textures, lighting and everything else. No postwork.
